But goshdarn if this thing isn’t beautiful (and FAST). NP 10/10
One with a old HP blue and white livery would be delicious.

Even though you’d probably want to rebuild the entire bike, that seems like a reasonable price

why would you want to do that?

I know but no mirrors or license plate or any of that stuff (maybe also non-street legal tires? They have those for bikes right?). Besides, riding one of these on the street would be like driving a modern V12 Ferrari, wouldn’t really be a point to driving something so powerful on he street.

Yeah realistically it’s probably too high strung, a used street bike would probably be more reliable and still have more power than I’d ever need.

eh, more of a point then you’d think. 1000cc make more torque then a 600
plus, 1000cc usually get all of the electronic goodies (such as ABS, TCS, electronic suspension and such)

My bad, I was talking about the difference between a road legal and track-only bike. After seeing a few reviews of an S1000RR it seems like you cant use like 90% of it’s performance potential on the road, just wouldn’t seem worth it for only road use.
